The new MyHome client portal is a fantastic online innovation which provides our clients with progress updates and information on their new home.
After signing up, each of our clients receives a username and password which allows them to login via our website and take advantage of some of the great features on offer:
MyHome – Progress Watcher
From start to finish, our clients will be able to track the progress of their job via the Progress Watcher. The administration status bar advances as each key admin stage is reached – so the client can track when contracts are signed, plans approved or licences issued!
The construction status bar displays each key stage of the building process with each milestone being highlighted as the work is completed. The system is automated to update as the Site Manager marks off each task onsite using their Acer tablet, combining technology, innovation and transparency with our clients.
At key milestones in construction, the camera icon will appear indicating that unique photographs of the home are also available to view. Photos are taken on site by the Site Manager and remotely uploaded and screened before appearing on Progress Watcher. This is complimented by a short description which further expands on the workings of each stage.
MyHome – Enquiry Ticketing System
The customer service section of MyHome encourages our clients to make an enquiry or express any concerns they may have. Each enquiry will receive a ticket number before being allocated to the correct personnel for action. The ticket acts as a receipt allowing the enquiry to be efficiently assigned, tracked and actioned with clear and concise responses being reflected to the client.
MyHome – 180 Day Service
Once construction is complete the client can book their 180 day service or make a general enquiry to our Service department. The Service section also displays warranties and instruction manuals pertaining to the individual’s home! If a client needs info on their hot water service – they can simply jump on MyHome to avoid being caught out in the cold!
MyHome Maintenance and Q&A
For clients who like to prepare for the seasons, the maintenance tips provide some great ideas from the experts! The Q&A section provides a wealth of information for our clients, answering many of those frequently asked questions.
MyHome Loyalty Club
The Loyalty club presents some great initiatives to keep our customers engaged. The ‘Refer a Friend’ form provides generous incentives to customers who refer us to others. Users can also link to one of our great investment opportunities on offer or get involved in one of our exciting competitions.
