Once construction is complete our clients can book their 180 day service from the convenience of their home PC. Simply login to MyHome and head to the post-construction service page where you will find the option to book your 6 months service. Fill in your personal details before providing a short summary of each item which needs attention.

This will then be sent to the Service department who will schedule your service and inform you of the dates. By utilising our own dedicated team of service staff we can provide personalised service and a prompt response to your enquiries.

Our team have all of the tools to do the job including:

•  Fully maintained service vehicles and trailers – equipped to tackle any maintenance issues on site.
•  Qualified Tradespeople (Service Officers) – our tradespeople are qualified and experienced in all types of maintenance work.
•  Service Supervisors – with many years of experience between them; they are responsible for site inspections and attending to any urgent jobs on-site.
•  Service Co-ordinators – our co-ordinators are always willing to help. They co-ordinate all of the projects to ensure the best possible arrangements for our clients.
